Private Sector loans – Neath Port Talbot Council

The Housing Renewal & Adaptation Service currently offer two forms of interest free loans.

The loans are aimed at providing financial support to bring long term empty properties back into use or for owners of sub-standard properties, to carry out renovation works to improve the standard of the property.

• Houses Into Homes – To bring long term empty properties back into use as residential accommodation
• Home Improvement Loans – For owners of sub-standard properties to make them warm, safe or secure
